Unwanted
or Unsuitable Items
If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us,
you may return the product within 21 days of delivery for a refund.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and
in a re-saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken).
You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to
us.
Damaged
Items
Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged.
If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please
contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide
a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
Faulty
Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to
be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify
us of any problem within a reasonable period of time.
Items
Received In Error
If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us
as soon as possible.
How
to Return a Product
Please send an email to: websales@bamz.com for Returns Authorisation.
Please
provide your order number, and a brief explanation of the problem.
Once
you have your Returns Authorisation please post your goods back
to our Customer Services Department.

Please
pack the items so that they will not be damaged in transit. Include
a copy of your receipt/delivery note and a brief note of the reason
for return.
